February 14, 2008: Osteria La Salita opens, thanks to Marco Saffirio.
A choice due to the good relations with the owners of the restaurant, that put in skilful hands their old activity.

Chef Marco decided to propose his cuisine here, in Monforte, being in love with the vitality of a little town deeply immersed in Langa, where the beauty of the area marries with the genuineness and the taste of a table where the protagonists are quality food and excellent wine. The formula is the right one and the ambience in La Salita is cosy and nearly magic.

A restaurant immersed in the green of a courtyard where the reason abandons itself to the pleasures of taste, accompanied by a card of 500 wine labels and by always new menus following the regular flow of seasons.
